These Terms of Use govern the use of the Diecast Community platform, including the mobile app and website. By using any of these services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Diecast Community platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

Use of the platform is permitted for people aged 13 and older. Users under 18 must have the authorization of a legal guardian to create an account.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out on your account. In case of unauthorized use, notify us immediately via the support email.

4. User Content

By publishing content on the platform, you declare that you have the necessary rights over that content and that it does not violate third-party rights. By uploading photos of miniatures in your collection, you grant Diecast Community a license to use those images in the platform's services, including enriching the global catalog. You must not publish offensive, discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following are expressly prohibited: • Using the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes • Attempting to access restricted areas or compromise system security • Creating multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or achievements • Publishing false or misleading information about miniatures • Engaging in any form of harassment or abuse against other users

6. Intellectual Property

The application, its source code, design, global catalog, and other elements are the exclusive property of Diecast Community, protected by applicable intellectual property law. Unauthorized use of these elements is expressly prohibited.

7. Achievements and Ranking System

The achievements and ranking system is offered as a gamification feature and may be modified, adjusted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice or any form of compensation.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we identify a violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may also request deletion of your account at any time through the application settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Diecast Community is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of collection data due to technical failures.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. By continuing to use the platform after changes, you agree to the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this document regularly.
